Use of particulars – information writing
According to law n. 675, 31st december 1996, we inform you, that the given particulars of the user will be contatcted and used from Tourismusverein Passeiertal by means of informatic- and/ or paper way, for being used for this service, for every legal fulfilment as well as for functional purposes like the determining of the contentedness of the client about the quality of the offered services, the promotion and/or the sale of products and services, the analysis of marketing surveys and researchs, the execution of activities like public relation and for informative, statistic and scientific purposes.
The given facts can therefore also passed on to a third (business memberships) for the purposes described above and/or send to foreign countries.
Force and according to art. 13 law 675/96, the user can apply any time for written informations about the archived facts, change or delete them or deny the further use of it as well as perform the other rights of this art. by sending a mail to info@passeiertal.it .
We inform, that the change and/or striking off of the archived facts from the archives could limit or cancel the desirable service.
Owner of the processing is Tourismusverein Passeiertal, with seat in St. Leonhard in Passeier. We inform, that the concerned service will not be carried out, if the processing has not been approved and the statements of the facts have not been furnished like described above.
