Exploring the mountain and glacier world in the Val Passiria in the middle of the Natural Park Texelgroup, frames and protected from Stubaier-, Ötztaler-and Sarntaler Alps. Enjoy the fresh mountain air, as well as the earthy atmosphere on our alpine pastures and refuges. The cable railways bring you up to a nice panorama of our mountains. In summer the mountains enchant with blossoming Alpine grasslands, from the Alpine roses to the edelweiss and in winter you can enjoy the snowy sceneries.

Nature Park Texelgroup
The Nature Park Texelgroup is the largest of the seven nature parks in South Tyrol and covers 33.430 hectares. Many people think it is the most beautiful. When you walk through the park you walk, botanically speaking, from Mediterranean bushes and woods to mountain pastures and on to the ice region. It is really amazing what grows here.
The world of the animals is no less colourful. Not only the Alpine classics such as deer, chamois and ibex, but also rare varieties such as the golden eagle. Falkens and hawks soar around the sky, you can hear the whistling of the marmots and in the pools and ponds the Alpine salamander and the mountain newt spawn. The scenery is fascinating.
