Spring hikings of the Alta Val Passiria

Moso – Stieber Waterfall - Plata
Starting at Moso, when you reach the first road bridge, turn left into the forest path following the flow of the river until you reach the new view point bridge at the waterfall. The unique view of the waterfall that first falls 19 m and then another 18 m into the River Passer takes your breath away. Carry on along the path to Gasthaus Bad Sand and then along the old footpath to Plata. Return on the same path or along the fitness path.

Moso - Stulles
Follow the main road from Moso towards S. Leonardo, and after the first tunnel turn left onto the European path number E5. Go under the Stuller Waterfall – fantastic views – and on to Stulles over the Silberhütthöhe to the kiosk. Take the old footpath along the Jaufenstraße back to S. Leonardo and then by bus back to Moso.

Walk to the Glacier mills
From Plata, go towards Breiteben, and after 1 km take the path signposted „Gletschermühlen“on the left of a chapel. Return on the same path.
