From Caines to Gfeis/Vernuer Bergrast
We start in Caines parking Hochübel. Here we take the route No. 21 A climb to Gfeis / Vernuer.
Time: 2 hours
Easier hike: with the Gästebus to Vernuer terminal, and then the way Alta Via Merano No. 24 until Bergrast.
Time: ¾ hours

Vernuer – Alta Via of Merano – Masi Mut Tirolo
With the car to the parking lot Vernuer. Then we walk the way Alta Via of Merano No. 24 until Berggrast. This continues until the Longfall. From here climb up to the Alta Muta. Here, we take the cable car down to the village Tirolo. From here we take the tourist bus down to the village center. Here, arrived the next tourist bus to Vernuer, to our starting point.

Vernuer – Alta Via of Merano – Caines
With the car to the parking lot Vernuer. Then we walk the way Alta Via of Merano No. 24 until Berggrast. This continues until the Longfall. Then follow the irrigation streams of Caines until the Mutlechnerhof. From there with the touris bus back to Vernuer, the starting point.
Time: 3 hours.
