The castle
Ancestral castle of the Princes of Tirolo in the style of 12th and 13th-century imperial fortresses under the Hofenstaufens. It has two palace buildings with a two-story palace chapel.

Tuesday - Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00, from 1st to 31st August open to 18:00

Bird feeding centre at Castle Tirolo - Tirolo
Bird feeding centre at Castle Tirolo the hill on which Tirolo stands hosts something special and unique in this kind in South Tyrol. A bird feeding station has been step up just below the guesthouse of Castle Tirolo: a true experience of nature in a restorative mixed forest. The purpose is to take care of injured and lost birds and to set them free again in the wilderness. The centre for birds of prey is a way of bringing visitors closer to the fascinating life of birds of prey and making them understand the important role they play in the nature's cycle during a marvellous tour perfectly integrate in the landscape.
