Distribution of numbers and started packages
Saturday, 14.06.2008 from 11 a.m. to 07 p.m.
Sunday, 15.06.2008 from 07.00 a.m. to 09.00 a.m.
The distribution of numbers takes place at the tourist office S. Leonardo. Please bring the confirmation and a valid ID card. Read and undersign the enrolment form.
Prize ceremony
The prize ceremony will take place on Sunday, 15.06.2008 at
02 p.m. on the Raiffeisen place at S. Leonardo.
Alterations
The organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the program, they will be found at our homepage. Official alterations and notifications will be announced at the info-board.
Disqualification
The participation in the race with another person’s bib, the passing on of your own bib to another cyclist, and any other violation of the rules established by the organizing committee is strictly forbidden and will result in a disqualification for this race and the coming two editions of the Val Passiria-Sudtirolo Team GIRO.
Cancellation of the event
If the event has to be cancelled due to exceptional circumstances the organizers reserve the right to refund only half of the entry fee.
Signature
With the signature on the enrolment form, the participant accepts the abovementioned instructions. Each participant carries the complete responsibility for his state of health on the marathon occasion. For incidents before, during and after the race the organization committee will not take upon the liability.
