The Val Passiria extends from Merano to the transitions of the well-known Passo Giovo and Passo Rombo. It is surrounded and protected by the Stubaier, Sarntaler and Oetztal Alps in the middle of the Nature Park Texelgroup. Numerous marked and well-marked hiking trails make the Val Passiria popular spot for nature lovers. The Val Passiria is suitable for active vacationers as well as for leisure seekers. In early March the Passeier Valley awakes from its winter slumber, in April and May the apple trees are resplendent in pink and white and in June the alpine roses are in all their glory.
